Account Access

Account Access

6 published answers.

Open the registration page, complete your account details, pass the access check, and confirm the required policy acknowledgements. Once your account is created, you can sign in, review strategies, fund your wallet, and activate allocations from your member area.

Yes. Email verification helps secure account access, supports important account notifications, and improves recovery options if you ever need to regain access to your account.

Use the `Sign In` button available in the site header or go directly to the sign-in page. After authentication, you will be redirected to your EXVENTA dashboard.

Yes. If Google sign-in is available on the registration or sign-in screen, you can use it to create or access your account more quickly. Your account still remains subject to the same platform policies and access controls.

Use the password reset link on the sign-in page. We will send recovery instructions to your registered email address so you can set a new password securely.

EXVENTA sends login alerts when a sign-in is detected from a new device, browser, or IP pattern. This helps you identify unusual access quickly and review your account security if something looks unfamiliar.
Funding and Wallet

Funding and Wallet

6 published answers.

Go to `Fund Account` in the member area, choose the preferred network, generate the payment request, and complete the transfer exactly as instructed. Once the payment is confirmed, the credited amount is added to your wallet balance.

`Waiting` means the payment request has been created but the blockchain payment has not yet been confirmed. If the payment window expires before the transfer is completed, the request may move to `Expired`.

If the payment request expires before valid payment confirmation, it will no longer remain active for processing. You can generate a new funding request from your member area when you are ready to try again.

Funding time depends on the selected network, blockchain congestion, and confirmation speed. In most cases, funds are credited after the required payment confirmations are received from the payment provider.

Yes. You can add balance to your wallet first, then use that balance later when you are ready to activate an allocation linked to a selected strategy.

Open `Fund Account` in the member area to review your recent wallet funding requests, their status, amount, network, and creation date.
Strategies and Allocations

Strategies and Allocations

6 published answers.

A strategy is the model profile you review before allocating capital. It includes its positioning, payout rhythm, historical performance view, and related allocation structures that determine how capital is deployed.

An allocation is the specific capital placement you activate under a strategy and structure. It defines your principal amount, timing, payout schedule, and the profit recording rules attached to that position.

Go to `New Allocation`, choose a strategy, select the allocation structure that fits your capital range, then complete funding either from your wallet balance or through an external payment request if available.

Yes. Public strategy and allocation pages are available so you can compare structures, payout schedules, and positioning before opening or funding an account.

Profit recording and profit release are not always the same. Some allocations record profit daily but release it according to a later cycle, such as monthly or maturity-based release. The release schedule is shown on the allocation details page.

Open `Active Allocations` in your member area. That page shows your live positions, linked strategy, principal, total profit, and withdrawal timing.
Profit and Release Rules

Profit and Release Rules

5 published answers.

Credited profit is profit that has already been released to your available balance. Once credited, it can be reviewed in your profit history and may be available for withdrawal or reallocation, depending on your account position.

Accrued profit is profit that has been recorded for the allocation but has not yet been released to your available wallet balance. This commonly applies to allocations with monthly or maturity-based release timing.

Some allocation structures record profit before the release date arrives. In those cases, the profit is visible for tracking purposes but remains unavailable until the scheduled release date or allocation maturity.

Your dashboard and allocation detail page show the next expected release date when that timing is available. This helps you understand when accrued profit may move into your available balance.

No. EXVENTA does not present profit as guaranteed. Performance views are operational and historical references only, and results can vary based on market conditions, timing, and allocation structure.
Withdrawals

Withdrawals

5 published answers.

Go to `Withdraw Funds`, confirm that the requested amount is available for withdrawal, select a saved payout address, and submit the request. You can then track the payout status from your withdrawal history.

Yes. Before submitting a withdrawal request, you should add a payout address in `Payout Addresses`. This helps keep withdrawal instructions structured and reduces mistakes during payout processing.

Typical statuses include submitted, under review, paid, or rejected. The exact label depends on the processing stage of your withdrawal request.

Withdrawals may be rejected if payout details are incomplete, the available balance is insufficient, the address does not match the requested network, or the request needs further compliance review.

You can review the payout status from your withdrawal history. If email notifications are enabled and mail delivery is configured correctly, you may also receive a payout update by email.
Security and Notifications

Security and Notifications

4 published answers.

Open `Security` in the member area to review login events, device details, browser and platform information, IP records, and flagged security activity linked to your account.

The system may mark an event as suspicious when it is detected from a new device, new IP pattern, or unexpected sign-in environment. This does not always mean a breach, but it should be reviewed carefully.

Change your password immediately, review your recent account activity, and contact support if you believe unauthorized access may have occurred.

Your member area includes a notification center where you can review account alerts, operational updates, profit notifications, and other account-related messages.
Partner Rewards

Partner Rewards

5 published answers.

Partner Rewards is EXVENTA’s referral-based incentive system for users who introduce qualified clients to the platform. It is designed to reward approved partner activity under structured program rules.

Open `Partner Rewards` in the member area to access your referral link and partner code. You can then share it directly with clients who want to open an EXVENTA account.

A referral qualifies when it meets the active program rules configured by EXVENTA. This can include account creation, qualified funding, or a first approved allocation depending on the current program settings.

Partner rewards may pass through a review flow before approval and payout. The exact timeline depends on the program rules, qualification event, and internal review settings active at the time.

Your `Partner Rewards` page shows referral activity, qualified clients, and reward history so you can track earned, pending, and approved reward records.
Partner Retainer

Partner Retainer

5 published answers.

Partner Retainer is a monthly compensation layer for qualified partners who maintain an active base of referred clients under EXVENTA’s partner program rules.

Qualification depends on the active tier rules set by EXVENTA. These rules can include a minimum number of active qualified clients and minimum capital thresholds tied to referred client activity.

You can review your current retainer status from the dashboard partner panel and from the `Partner Retainer` page in your member area.

The retainer amount depends on the tier you qualify for at the time of review. If your qualified client count changes, your retainer eligibility or amount may also change.

Retainer qualification is designed as a monthly review process. Eligibility can be adjusted if qualified activity changes or if referred client records no longer meet the active program rules.
Platform Policies

The footer and registration flow include direct links to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, AML & KYC Policy, Refund Policy, and other platform notices.

No. EXVENTA does not guarantee returns. Platform metrics, historical views, and strategy records are informational and operational in nature and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes.

Because digital asset markets are inherently volatile. Clear risk language is part of a professional operating standard and helps users understand that capital allocation decisions should be made carefully.

Yes. Platform rules, partner program settings, operational procedures, or policy documents may be updated over time. The latest published version on the site should be treated as the current reference.
Support

Support

4 published answers.

Use `Support Tickets` in the member area to create a structured support request. This is the best way to provide context and receive a trackable response.

You should open a ticket for account access issues, funding questions, withdrawal problems, allocation concerns, technical errors, or any account activity that looks unclear or unexpected.

Include the relevant account action, date, amount if applicable, reference number, screenshots if available, and a short explanation of what happened. Clear details help support review the issue faster.

The Help Center, Insights, and Guides sections are the best places to continue learning about account workflows, platform operations, and practical allocation-related topics on EXVENTA.
