Terms of Service

Read the EXVENTA Terms of Service covering eligibility, payments, restricted use, disclaimers, liability limits, and public launch legal terms.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of EXVENTA, including the public website, account areas, deployment features, payment workflows, content, analytics, communications, and related services. They are written for a public international launch and framed around a U.S.-based legal structure.

By creating an account, accessing the website, funding a wallet, activating a deployment, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, “Platform” means EXVENTA and its website, dashboards, APIs, emails, notifications, and related services. “User,” “you,” and “your” mean any person or entity accessing the Platform. “Deployment” means a user-selected product configuration, subscription, or funding arrangement made available through the Platform. “Robot” means a branded strategy or algorithmic product listing shown on the Platform. “Wallet Balance” means value reflected inside the user account interface. “External Payment” means a blockchain-based payment sent to a platform-designated address.

2. Eligibility and Account Opening

You may use EXVENTA only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law and are at least 18 years old. You may not use the Platform if you are located in, organized in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person located in a jurisdiction subject to U.S. sanctions or restrictions applicable to the Platform.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, device security, and all activities that occur under your credentials.

3. Nature of the Service

EXVENTA is a financial technology platform. Unless explicitly stated in a separate signed agreement, EXVENTA is not acting as your investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, fiduciary, bank, or custodian. The Platform may display strategy metrics, market data, performance ranges, operational statistics, and account tools, but those features do not constitute personalized investment advice.

Robots, deployments, dashboards, and analytics are offered as platform services and decision-support features. Any decision to activate, continue, pause, or stop using a deployment remains solely yours.

4. Important Financial Disclaimer

No guarantee of profit. Digital asset markets are volatile. Performance can vary significantly over time. You may lose part or all of the value used on the Platform. Nothing on EXVENTA should be interpreted as a promise of returns, a guarantee of outcome, or a representation that any robot will perform in a particular way in future market conditions.

You acknowledge that performance data, profit ranges, drawdown indicators, win rates, or other metrics shown on the Platform may be affected by market conditions, data windows, operating assumptions, product design changes, or service interruptions.

5. Payments, Funding, and Settlement

EXVENTA may support internal balance funding, external blockchain payments, and other payment methods made available from time to time. You must review the payment instructions shown at checkout carefully and send only the exact amount required, on the exact network specified, from a lawful source of funds.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once broadcast and confirmed. EXVENTA is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address, wrong network, unsupported asset, or incorrect amount. Processing times may vary due to network congestion, vendor review, compliance checks, or third-party service delays.

6. Compliance Reviews, KYC, and Enhanced Due Diligence

EXVENTA reserves the right to request identity verification, source-of-funds information, proof of address, business ownership information, sanctions screening information, or any other compliance documentation considered reasonably necessary. Verification may be required before account approval, before allowing certain payment methods, before permitting withdrawals, or whenever unusual activity is detected.

Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions, delayed processing, cancellation of a pending transaction, or suspension of services.

7. Restricted Jurisdictions and Sanctions

EXVENTA maintains a sanctions and restricted-jurisdiction compliance framework informed by U.S. sanctions expectations. U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control administers sanctions programs and does not maintain a single fixed “country list”; sanctions may apply by country, region, person, entity, wallet address, or activity type. EXVENTA may therefore restrict access based on dynamic screening results, not just nationality or residence alone. citeturn233238search0turn233238search9turn233238search12turn233238search18

You represent that you are not a blocked person, are not owned or controlled by a blocked person, and are not using the Platform in violation of sanctions, export controls, anti-boycott laws, anti-money laundering rules, or anti-corruption laws.

8. Platform Rules and Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful conduct. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, money laundering, account takeover attempts, scraping that harms the service, malware distribution, abusive automation, intellectual property infringement, harassment, false identity use, or use of the Platform on behalf of a person who is prohibited from accessing it.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with regulators, law enforcement, counterparties, banks, hosting providers, payment vendors, and screening partners as reasonably necessary.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including robots, deployments, dashboards, supported assets, payment methods, fee structures, or eligibility standards. We may perform maintenance, compliance reviews, infrastructure changes, or emergency controls without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

10. Fees, Taxes, and Records

You are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, duties, or government charges associated with your use of the Platform. Unless otherwise stated, displayed amounts do not include taxes. You should maintain independent records of deposits, withdrawals, blockchain transaction hashes, and tax-relevant activity.

11. Intellectual Property

EXVENTA and its licensors retain all rights in the Platform, including software, branding, website design, text, graphics, strategy labeling, databases, interfaces, and underlying intellectual property. Your use of the Platform does not grant ownership rights. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform except as expressly allowed by law or written permission.

12. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXVENTA disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of third-party data. Market data, blockchain data, exchange information, and third-party vendor outputs can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXVENTA and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, opportunities, or digital assets, arising out of or relating to the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent a limitation of liability is enforceable, EXVENTA’s aggregate liability for claims arising from or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the fees actually paid by you directly to EXVENTA during the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EXVENTA from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your breach of law, your misuse of payment methods, or your infringement of rights belonging to any other person.

15. Termination and Account Restriction

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access at any time if we believe this is reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate suspicious activity, address security threats, enforce our policies, or respond to payment, vendor, or sanctions risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute clauses, and compliance-related provisions.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [insert state], without regard to conflicts of law principles. Unless prohibited by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [insert county/state], and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

If you want an arbitration clause instead of court venue, replace this section before launch with your preferred arbitration language.

17. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes may be posted on the website, in your account, or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Contact

For legal notices, compliance matters, partnership requests, or official complaints, contact legal@exventa.io. For customer support, use support@exventa.io.
