1. General Rule
Except where required by law or where EXVENTA determines in its sole reasonable discretion that a refund is appropriate, payments are final once received and credited. This is especially important for blockchain transactions, which usually cannot be reversed after confirmation.
2. Situations That May Be Considered
- Duplicate payment caused by a system error.
- Payment accepted after a platform-side checkout defect.
- Payment credited incorrectly due to an internal accounting error.
- Cases where EXVENTA chooses to offer a commercial remedy.
3. Situations Typically Not Eligible
- Sending funds on the wrong blockchain network.
- Sending the wrong asset or using an unsupported wallet flow.
- User misunderstanding of risk, performance, or market conditions.
- Losses, opportunity cost, or dissatisfaction with strategy results.
- Delays caused by blockchain congestion, exchange issues, or third-party reviews.
4. Review Process
Refund requests must be submitted to support@exventa.io with the account email, transaction details, transaction hash where applicable, amount, date, and reason for the request. EXVENTA may request additional evidence before making a decision.
5. Processing Time
If EXVENTA approves a refund, the timing, method, and asset used for the refund may depend on operational, legal, accounting, and compliance considerations.
