3. Incorrect Deposits

Before Service Activation

If a subscription payment is made but the service has not yet been activated, users may request cancellation and refund review.

After Service Activation

Once subscription benefits have been delivered or activated, refunds may be limited or unavailable.

8. Promotional Credits and Bonuses

Promotional credits, bonus balances, referral rewards, and marketing incentives:
