You may use EXVENTA only in a lawful, respectful, and secure manner. This Acceptable Use Policy supplements the Terms of Service.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or terrorism financing.
- Using false identities, forged documents, or stolen payment credentials.
- Attempting to bypass KYC, payment controls, or regional restrictions.
- Reverse engineering, attacking, scraping, overloading, or disrupting the Platform.
- Uploading malware, harmful scripts, or content that compromises the service.
- Harassing staff, threatening users, or abusing support channels.
- Using the Platform on behalf of prohibited third parties.
Enforcement
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy. We may also preserve records and cooperate with counterparties or authorities where needed.
